New club entry system and box leagues

Hi - a quick couple of updates from the squash club:

Firstly, thanks to all who have recently renewed their membership. It is particularly great to see so many new female members - really great outcome of recent coaching sessions.

Please do spread the word if you have friends interested and also enjoy using the courts. Remember, if you refer a friend you'll get some credit onto your account.

We are now intending to introduce a new way of getting into the club using an App based system called 'Rent&Pass'. There will be more comms on this in the next week or so but wanted to give you some advance notice that this new system is likely to be installed the weekend of 5th/6th Dec. Watch this space - but the aim is that all members will get individual codes to access the club. BY all means download the App onto your phone in advance.

Also - we've got new box leagues up which we're really going to try to make more active than in the past few months. There are now 3 box leagues for men and 2 new box leagues for females. Can everybody try to play their matches by 31st Jan 25. The leagues are up in the club and scores need to be entered onto the MyCourts system.

Okehampton Squash New Court Booking System

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).

Add "okehamptonsquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.

Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from okehamptonsquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email

Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Okehampton Squash <okehamptonsquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Okehampton Squash <okehamptonsquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from okehamptonsquash@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
